Financial Solutions Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Financial Solutions Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products.
- Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
Requirements:
- Currently holds Series 7 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
