As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing tasks involved in the direct labor of production, storage, and distribution of materials/products under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials by cutting, folding, clipping, hooking, or other means
  • Operate hand tools, equipment, and machines to complete production/assembly of finished products
  • Perform quality checks on assembled products prior to packaging and ensure accurate labeling and packaging
  • Place finished goods on designated pallets or areas and prepare them for shipping
Requirements:
  • Must be able and comfortable utilizing basic hand tools and equipment
  • Strong organizational skills, flexible, detail-oriented, and ability to retain information
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate active listening, good judgment, and counting skills

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalency and experience working in manufacturing/line production/machine operation. Ability to provide documentation of legal blindness is preferred.
