Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to drive our manufacturing processes forward, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods using knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
  • Design and implement manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures to achieve manufacturing goals.
  • Utilize SolidWorks or similar CAD software to design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to improve product design for ease of manufacturing and assembly.
  • Develop and implement CNC programs for production machinery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Proven experience with process development and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
  • Extensive knowledge of CNC operation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with quality management systems is preferred.
