The estimated annual salary for this position is $84,101 - $88,528. The compensation package includes competitive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Job Summary and PurposeThe Program Manager IV manages multiple complex programs providing participants with multiple services and/or addressing multiple co-morbidities according to contract and budget guidelines. This role spends the majority of time (50% or more) achieving organizational objectives through the coordinated achievements of subordinate staff, overseeing resources, and coordinating the efforts of the program team members, including VOALA sub-contractors, community partners, and ongoing outreach as it pertains to the target population. The Program Manager IV will assure that all goals and objectives are accomplished according to plan.
