Job Summary:

The Cashier is a critical role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and promoting company programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions and returns in accordance with established procedures.
  • Program Promotion: Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty programs and warranty sales.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to support store operations and maintain a safe and inclusive store environment.
  • Adaptability: Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items occasionally.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking, and perform repetitive motions for short periods.
