The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print management, with experience in managing staff and resources, and a proven track record of improving efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the production management team to achieve schedule commitments and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive equipment preventive maintenance program.
  • Champion and participate in company safety and lean programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Print Management or equivalent business experience and training.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in print management, with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial printing, bindery, and finishing processes.
  • Experience with print industry ERP systems and Microsoft Suite.
