Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role involves establishing and meeting marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
- Flexible hours
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic about helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and realize their dreams through insurance and financial products. Bilingual candidates, especially in Spanish or Mandarin, are preferred.
