  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the grocery department and surrounding areas
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the grocery department, including stocking, receiving, and displaying merchandise
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and workplace safety guidelines
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to use technical information to solve problems and make decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
  • Bend and lift products weighing up to 15 lbs. continuously, 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. on occasion
  • Pull or push up to 75 lbs. on occasion
  • Ability to push or pull up to 2000 pounds using a pallet jack
  • Stand 100% of the time, frequently walking short distances
