At Cariloha, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Leadership Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. You will work closely with the General Manager to coordinate schedules and maximize sales performance at our Havensight and Crown Bay locations based on guest volume and needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, retail sales, and/or sales management. They will possess strong understanding of sales principles, excellent leadership and team management skills, effective communication, coaching abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

We offer a competitive salary of $40/hour, plus commission and performance-based sales bonuses. The successful candidate will also receive benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the sales team to provide guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales associates weekly to continually improve sales skills.
  • Set sales targets in coordination with the GM to motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain a constant line of communication with the GM and Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Provide accurate inventory updates to facilitate ordering on a weekly basis.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating an exceptional work ethic, determination to achieve sales results, and pride in the store's appearance and sales performance.
  • Work in the showrooms on high-volume days.
  • Support and conduct weekly sales training meetings, demonstrating optimal customer service practices, building guest rapport, and closing the sale.
  • Meet with Shopping Guides in-store, providing feedback for the Nightly Report regarding traffic flow, referrals received, and overall sales performance.
