Assembly Technician

Job Summary: Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Thomasville, GA. This role is responsible for building and installing component parts on heads and boilers in preparation for test firing.

About the Role: As an Assembly Technician, you will be working with various components, including burner drawers and air compressors, cutting pipe nipples, and operating the tube bending machine. You will also be mounting components on CB, CBE, CBLE, CBW, CBX, and CEW front heads, as well as wiring all applications in the head shop. Your attention to detail and ability to read prints will be essential in ensuring the quality of your work.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a high school education or GED equivalent, good reading, writing, and math skills, and technical training as an industrial electrician. A minimum of six months as a Trainee or one year of electrical and/or plumbing/piping experience in a related manufacturing environment is also required.
