Location: Westborough, MA – Inpatient Residential Program

Compensation:
$70,000-$75,000 annually

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Valid LICSW, LMHC, or a closely related license/certification in addiction or mental health is essential.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in counseling is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a substance abuse or mental health program is necessary.
  • Familiarity with DPH (Department of Public Health) licensing requirements or similar regulatory bodies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Exceptional verbal, social, and written communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment in problem-solving and emergency situations is essential.
  • Capability to communicate effectively in a diverse, interdisciplinary environment with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the execution and provision of clinical services.
  • Ensuring that treatment services are delivered consistently in alignment with Spectrum's clinical framework, demonstrating effective outcomes in reducing substance relapse.
  • Promoting a culture of customer service and excellence in service delivery within clinical services.
  • Customizing clinical services to meet the unique needs of clients, while actively involving their families or significant others in the treatment process.
  • Ensuring that clinical and case management personnel, including Clinical Supervisors under their guidance, are well-trained and proficient in delivering clinical services.
  • Collaborating with the Program Supervisor and Quality Improvement department to guarantee consistent delivery of high-quality services that reflect the mission and values of Spectrum Health Systems.
