Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care on our assigned unit.

The ideal candidate will possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN and have a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility.

Responsibilities include managing staffing needs, providing supervision, and conducting data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring nursing staff, monitoring compliance with resident record documentation requirements, and coordinating staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
