Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at My Bright Future LLC. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our Seedlings curriculum, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children to grow and learn.
  • Collaborate with Lead Teachers to maintain a high standard of quality childcare and education, and provide guidance and support to Assistant Teachers as needed.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents, responding promptly to their questions and concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Observe and assess students to create individual profiles, portfolios, and parent conferences, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of our students.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety procedures and protocols.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a positive experience for parents and children.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology, including tablets, smart devices, and Microsoft Word.
