Pediatric Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), LPN or RN to join our Pediatric practice at Physicians Clinic of Iowa, PC. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support our physicians in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures
- Administer immunizations and follow up on test results
- Provide patient education and complete prior authorizations for treatment and diagnostic testing
- Screen calls for physicians and answer patient questions
Requirements:
- Current CMA certification, LPN license or RN license required
- CPR certification required or must become certified within 60 days of employment
- Must maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times
- Must be patient-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and work well with team members
- Must have a high level of comfort in working with and become proficient in computer systems
