- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Interact with patients, family members, physicians, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Certificate of completion from an accredited medical assistant program or higher level of medical education.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Current Medical Assistant Certification from a recognized organization.
- Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
This role requires direct supervision from a Clinical Manager or RN and indirect supervision from Providers, nurses, and other positions of leadership as directed by the Clinical Manager.
