We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Baltimore Medical System, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Assist physicians with patient care, perform procedures, and prepare rooms and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to patients, families, and visitors.
- Participate in process improvement teams and contribute to the development of new procedures and protocols.
- May be required to fill Center Service Representative responsibilities and may be cross-trained to cover other positions as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Certificate of completion from an accredited medical assistant program or higher level of medical education.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Current Medical Assistant Certification from a recognized organization.
- Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
