Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team in the Plainville, CT area. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting students in grades K-12, providing academic and emotional support to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individualized support to students
  • Help with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation
  • Support students with special needs, providing accommodations and modifications as needed
  • Communicate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to complete and pass a State background check
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience, ranging from $17 to $19 per hour. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.

We are a referral service for self-employed independent contractors, providing opportunities in behavioral healthcare education and social service supplemental markets. We cannot guarantee the number or duration of referrals, but we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment for our contractors.
