Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified professor of psychology to oversee the Master of Arts in Psychology program. The ideal candidate will have a terminal degree in psychology and relevant licensure, with a strong commitment to teaching, research, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and advise students for the MAP program, including follow-up of requests for information and formulation of marketing materials.
  • Review and evaluate applications for admission to the graduate program.
  • Represent the MAP program at professional meetings, university committees, and graduate program committees.
  • Develop semester schedules, including assigning instructors and adjuncts.
  • Locate, interview, and recommend adjuncts for the program.
  • Supervise the development and updating of curriculum.
  • Develop and update the annual budget.
Qualifications:
  • Terminal degree in psychology with relevant licensure.
  • Strong commitment to teaching, research, and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Schedule:

This is a 12-month contract position.
