Supports strategic planning initiatives by researching established procedures and guidelines. Gains understanding of business strategy and workshop modeling. Learns to apply and integrate current strategic initiatives into process enhancement activities. Organizes and schedules assigned tasks. Contributes to the completion of specific programs, projects, and implementation activities. Prepares work estimates for assigned tasks utilizing cost-benefit analysis. Conducts business requirements reviews, coordinates testing schedules, and assists in the preparation of test scripts. Communicates with IT organizations to represent customers and functional users regarding project requirements, activities, and status updates. Acts as a mentor to others within the team.

Assists in developing data that supports business cases and risk analyses related to process investments, returns, affordability, and resource requirements as reflected in commitments, opportunities, and risks to the Business Plan.

Demonstrates familiarity with Project Management and/or Program Management Best Practices tools necessary to support project leaders. Aids the team by collecting task status updates and creating visibility materials for projects as needed. Utilizes and adheres to the current documentation framework and standards. Assists in identifying opportunities to eliminate, consolidate, and/or simplify process documentation.

Facilitates the transition from traditional documentation standards to evolving data and information management standards by entering and modifying process data to align with the standards.

Aids in coordinating reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation as required. May develop or assist in creating process standards, guidelines, methods, and tools. Provides support to teams to work within, integrate with, or enhance the existing process architecture. Encourages adherence to architectural compliance. Researches existing business architectural data and provides it to teams in support of integration and architectural compliance efforts.
