Role Responsibilities:
- Provide a structured system of accountability and continuous oversight of the adult offender population by monitoring all residential activities.
- Ensure the safety of all staff, residents, and facilities to promote community security.
- Facilitate new client intakes by explaining facility regulations and conducting property inventories.
- Oversee the exit process for clients, ensuring proper documentation and inventory of personal belongings.
- Enforce compliance with Conditions and Expectations through regular checks and monitoring of activities.
- Conduct specimen collections for analysis and perform Alco-Sensor tests when necessary.
- Carry out random searches to ensure the absence of contraband items.
- Document client violations, medical incidents, and positive recognitions accurately.
- Monitor medication intake and perform compliance audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility and report any maintenance needs.
- Conduct scheduled evacuation drills to ensure preparedness.
- Track client movements using a computerized data entry system and biometric verification.
- Generate daily and weekly reports as required.
- Operate with integrity to adhere to all Federal, State, and County compliance standards.
- Utilize Evidence-Based Practices in all interactions.
- Transport clients as needed, including picking up new residents from referral agencies.
- Provide First Responder medical assistance, including CPR and First Aid.
- Conduct administrative reviews and hearings as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between case management, on-call departments, and clients.
- Monitor surveillance systems to enhance staff presence within the facility.
- Employ de-escalation techniques and Motivational Interviewing to resolve conflicts effectively.

Education and Experience:
