Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to the unique needs of senior clients.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate their achievements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients based on trust, empathy, and understanding.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a personal trainer, with a focus on senior fitness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • A deep understanding of the physical and cognitive needs of aging individuals.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
