">Your Key Responsibilities
">You will be responsible for:

- Educating patients on the benefits of home dialysis modalities, including comfort, freedom, and improved quality of life.">
- Training patients on their chosen home dialysis modality, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to perform treatments safely and effectively.">
- Collaborating with nephrologists to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.">
- Conducting educational workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and evidence-based practices in dialysis care.">
- Monitoring patients' conditions and lab results to ensure safe and successful management of their chosen modality.">
- Providing on-call support to patients during non-business hours, working collaboratively with an answering service to ensure seamless care.">

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- A current state license as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).">
- No less than 12 months of experience in nursing, with additional experience in a specific modality (peritoneal or hemodialysis) preferred.">
- A valid driver's license and current CPR certification.">
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to interpret documents related to safety protocols and operating instructions.">
