We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

As a pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our pediatric patients in their homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Current valid license to practice as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
