Key Responsibilities:


• Proficiently read and interpret blueprints and identify necessary materials for each task.


• Comprehend and adhere to work instructions as needed.


• Utilize Standard Packaging Specifications to ascertain required packaging.


• Package filters and accurately label boxes and master cartons.


• Weigh products and prepare them for shipment using Clippership software.


• Organize filters made for stock into inventory.


• Recognize Sales Orders for which products are allocated.


• Understand quality standards and inspect work for compliance.


• Separate nonconforming or potentially nonconforming materials and inform the supervisor.


• Consolidate orders by customer as required by operational needs.


• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.


• Provide assistance in other areas as necessary.


• Adhere to all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

A minimum of one (1) year of experience in packing is preferred.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment towards shared objectives.

Adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic work setting.

Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Capability to perform various tasks safely throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn about departmental processes and components.

Proficiency in using computers is beneficial; prior parcel shipping experience is preferred.

Physical Demands:


• Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.


• Ability to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.


• Experience working in proximity to loud machinery.


• Capacity to perform repetitive motions as required.
