Position: Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Supervisor
Role Summary: Oversee and manage the kitchen and bathroom renovation projects at Renomads LLC, ensuring exceptional quality and effective team collaboration. Provide assistance to various projects and support project managers as required.
Employment Details: Full-Time (40 hours/week), $30/hour
Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise 2-3 kitchen and bathroom renovation projects simultaneously.
· Lead and coordinate a minimum of 2 team members.
· Engage on-site daily, utilizing tools and actively participating in project tasks to ensure hands-on involvement in the successful execution and completion of all projects.
· Guarantee that all activities related to kitchen and bathroom renovations are carried out efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
· Develop project timelines and plans, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budget estimates.
· Collaborate with upper management, team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
· Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and promptly address any issues.
· Maintain transparent communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns on a daily basis.
· Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
· Assist in the training and development of less experienced team members.
· Participate in weekly management meetings.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated experience in managing kitchen and bathroom renovation projects.
· Comprehensive knowledge of all tasks related to kitchen renovations, including carpentry, demolition, drywall, electrical work, painting, plumbing, shower installations, tiling, finishing, and various flooring types.
· Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
· Ability to lead and inspire a team of laborers.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail is essential.
· Strong work ethic and professionalism.
· Possession of a complete set of professional tools necessary for all tasks.
· Valid driver's license required.
· Background check will be conducted.
