Job Summary:

As a key member of our retail team, the Clothing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the sales floor is stocked with high-quality merchandise. Under the supervision of the Manager, this role is responsible for preparing garments for sale by hanging and tagging clothing items.

This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to lift and carry 20+ pounds, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect clothing donations for quality and condition.
  • Hang and tag garments according to industry standards.
  • Ensure clothing racks are well-organized and stocked.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with donors and shoppers.

Working Conditions:

This role is performed in a retail store environment, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
