At Asset Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our communities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Management:
    • Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests and work orders to ensure timely completion and minimize downtime.
    • Inspect community grounds, buildings, and features daily to identify and address potential hazards and liability concerns.
    • Manage maintenance supplies inventory and maintain a well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop.
    • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to extend the life of our communities and minimize future repairs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
  • Personnel Management:
    • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance activities for maintenance staff.
    • Monitor work progress and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to maintenance staff.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance maintenance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Customer and Resident Relations:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Project a positive image of Asset Living and promote a culture of excellence in customer service.
    • Ensure consistency in dealing with residents and enforce community policies as delegated by the Community Manager.
