Job Description

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Additionally, they will leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. As a talent leader, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, engaging, and developing the store team.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Drives Sales: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless fulfillment across online and offline channels.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Oversee store presentation and supervise the sales floor.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Manage store and stockroom operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Recruit, schedule, and manage the store team's payroll.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with the store team, district managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Asset Protection: Identify and mitigate potential risks to protect company assets.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,600 - $56,800 per annum, based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy:
