Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Strategy Manager to join our team at Meta Inc. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and scalability in our data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to identify and build large-scale transformational programs and initiatives across infrastructure.
  • Develop new data center planning strategies that focus on driving improvements in reliability and achieving cost and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize network, hardware, and DC infrastructure footprints to drive TCO savings.
  • Apply quantitative techniques to develop decision scenarios and trade-offs to drive multi-billion dollar infrastructure decisions.
  • Develop detailed project evaluation plans for data center plan evolution and set the pace to drive closure.
  • Own the communications strategy for data center planning decisions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working in infrastructure/cloud/hardware with a background in strategy, capacity planning, supply chain optimization, or technology strategy consulting.
  • Experience distilling diverse data points into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Business acumen and intuition with experience in forming and refining hypotheses into an actionable analysis and recommendation.
  • Analytical and quantitative experience in engaging with analysts, data science, and engineering partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or MBA.
  • 12+ years of experience working in infrastructure/cloud/hardware with a background in strategy, capacity planning, supply chain optimization.

Compensation:

$195,000/year to $264,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
