**About the Role**

As a SONIC Drive-In General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including training, scheduling, and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of restaurant employees
• Direct and assign employees to ensure efficient food service and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
• Prepare and manage restaurant schedules and staffing levels
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
• Complete and maintain employment-related records and payroll records

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience, with experience running shifts without supervision
