Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator role involves engaging with our owners during their resort check-in process and conducting outreach to current owners via phone to arrange meetings with member services for updates and workshops. This position may include offering incentives to guests for their participation, sharing resort activity schedules, and providing local area information. Meeting production standards on a weekly and monthly basis is essential. **Weekend availability is required**. This is an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests during their check-in at the resort.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings via ZOOM for guests to connect with member services regarding their updates and workshops.
  • Provide incentives to guests for participating in the virtual updates.
  • Distribute activity schedules and informational brochures to guests.
  • Achieve production targets consistently on a weekly basis.
  • Facilitate guest meetings with member services using an iPad.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding concierge services and assistance.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance performance.
  • Maintain records of personal production and distributed incentives.
Travel Requirements

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a College Degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present campaign performance and insights effectively.
  • Experience in marketing segmentation and customer lifecycle management.
  • Background in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenges and objections.
  • Capability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a sales-oriented mindset.
