Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Present financial products and services that meet customers' goals and objectives
  • Work closely with customers to understand their credit history and provide guidance on credit management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
