Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every member and guest with a positive attitude and a smile.
- Conduct tours for prospective members with the aim of promoting membership sign-ups.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and lively manner.
- Implement all opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth club operations.
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized club environment through regular movement and organization of equipment.
- Assist members in scheduling introductory sessions with Blink Personal Trainers.
- Ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of lifting and moving gym equipment weighing between 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
- Able to remain at the front desk for the majority of the workday.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
- Passionate about the Blink brand and its mission.
- Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
