Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome every member and guest with a positive attitude and a smile.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members with the aim of promoting membership sign-ups.
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and lively manner.
  • Implement all opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth club operations.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized club environment through regular movement and organization of equipment.
  • Assist members in scheduling introductory sessions with Blink Personal Trainers.
  • Ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of lifting and moving gym equipment weighing between 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
  • Able to remain at the front desk for the majority of the workday.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Passionate about the Blink brand and its mission.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
