We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse in an outpatient setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or chronic kidney disease (CKD) in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate patient services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
