Full-time Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at BAYADA at Inspira Health, a leading provider of hospice care services. As a hospice nurse, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team that delivers palliative care to clients in their homes.
About the Role- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
