We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team at Rutgers University. The successful candidate will have training in nuclear medicine, including current certification or active participation in the examination process leading to certification in nuclear medicine by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, or in radiology by the American Board of Radiology including unsealed byproduct material (radionuclides/radiopharmaceuticals) authorized user status.

The Department of Radiology at Rutgers University is recruiting a full-time Nuclear Medicine Physician for its Division of Nuclear Medicine. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for education, clinical excellence, and faculty personal growth and well-being.

The position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. If the applicant is a diagnostic radiologist as well, clinical assignments can also include body imaging. Research tracks are available for those with strong research interests, although research is not required.

Key qualifications include:

  • Dedicated training in nuclear medicine
  • Current certification or active participation in the examination process leading to certification in nuclear medicine by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, or in radiology by the American Board of Radiology including unsealed byproduct material (radionuclides/radiopharmaceuticals) authorized user status
