We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to students in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student progress reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for student success.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of educational environments and the needs of students with speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
