This is a full-time position responsible for providing leadership and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance in planning and implementation of services and outcomes for each individual
  • Communicate progress and establish and maintain professional relationships with team members
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of each consumer at all times
  • Provide support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the home
  • Ensure quality services are delivered to the people we serve


Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use discretion and make independent decisions based on good judgment
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Acceptable employment and background screenings
