We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based care to patients with a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and psychosis.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical and emotional needs of patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on psychiatric-mental health nursing.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Wyoming.
- Experience working with patients with mental health conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
