We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Pearce Services. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC units on Cell Phone Tower Sites, working independently and traveling extensively throughout the region.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics and repairs of commercial cooling systems
  • Installation and replacement of system components as needed
  • Performance checks and maintenance on HVAC equipment
  • Emergency response and call-out services
  • Accurate completion of daily work reports and documentation
Skills and Qualifications
  • Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (required)
  • Experience with commercial HVAC maintenance (3+ years)
  • Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
