About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on weekends. This is a great opportunity for RN Supervisors to earn extra money while working a minimum of 16 hours per weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and assigning nursing staff to ensure resident care requirements are met.
  • You will establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
  • Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
  • Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
  • Maintain documentation of resident care services.
  • Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required.
  • Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff.
  • Should be familiar with EHR programs.
