Position Overview:
The Cashier/Server plays a crucial role in delivering prompt and friendly service to customers at Krispy Kreme, while also ensuring the store maintains a professional appearance. This position is essential for achieving customer satisfaction and upholding the esteemed standards of Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous assistance and answer customer inquiries
- Accurately take and fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Engage customers with suggestive selling techniques
- Process payments and return the correct change
- Assess product quality in accordance with Krispy Kreme standards
- Prepare necessary ingredients for doughnut production (glaze, fillings, icings) using specified formulas
- Restock items to ensure freshness
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks
- Adhere to procedures and standards outlined in the Krispy Kreme Retail and Processing Specialist Training Workbooks
- Answer phone calls promptly and follow Krispy Kreme greeting protocols
- Offer product samples to customers at management's discretion
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation within the shop.
Sanitation Duties Include:
- Sweeping and mopping all required areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Wiping down tables and chairs in the customer area
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Ensuring cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding areas
- Washing windows
Required Skills:
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Basic literacy skills
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
