You will also be involved in serving customers, delivering and collecting patient trays, and performing various tasks within the nutrition department. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and stock orders as needed.

The nutrition services team plays a crucial role in enhancing the experience of patients, guests, and staff by providing nourishing meals that support health and recovery. You will have the chance to interact directly with patients and collaborate with a team of committed employees. Various shifts are available, including casual positions with flexible hours and full-time opportunities.
Work Location : Fairview Health Services facilities
Work Hours : 40 hours biweekly, with a commitment to working every other weekend
Shift Schedule : Day shift
Prepare and portion food accurately for designated areas. Deliver meal trays to patients while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations. Plate and serve food items. Ensure safe food handling and storage in accordance with established procedures. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as per assigned schedules. Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils. Provide service in cafeterias and other non-patient areas. Adapt service approaches to meet the diverse needs of the population served. Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D.Desired Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in English. Clear verbal and written communication abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills.
