Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other team meetings as needed.
  • Stay informed about best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Louisiana license or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Working Conditions:

This position does not involve virtual therapy. All services will be provided in-person at the assigned schools.
