Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our Reliability team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the health of our cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components.
  • Implement and manage security controls to protect our systems and data from unauthorized access.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline system administration tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in cloud infrastructure management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a focus on security, automation, and reliability.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Proficient in scripting languages, such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Experience with configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
