Senior Exchange Administrator

Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Exchange Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Exchange Online administration, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Exchange Online environments, including testing, implementation, and deployment.
- Providing complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities.
- Implementing and supporting security policies, such as data retention.
- Supporting the messaging environment in the Cloud (Microsoft 365).
- Managing problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system.
- Reviewing, testing, and making recommendations for standard email practices.
- Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging, and email tracking and transport rules.
- Primary On-site support for Microsoft 365 issues.
- Supporting Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor Authentication.
- Performing scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
- Developing scripts for automating processes within the environment.
- Helping ensure team performance meets or exceeds defined Service Level Agreements.
- Performing migrations and deployments related to the building, upgrade, and maintenance of MS Exchange.
- Monthly audits on the Active Directory environment to reconcile users.
- Consulting with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and product owners to establish better process flow to mitigate incidents/tasks.
- Managing user's mobile devices through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (MS Intune).
- Troubleshooting active sync issues with mobile devices.
- Troubleshooting issues with Microsoft 365 Teams.
- Creating security and distribution groups in Active Directory.
- Updating, contributing, and maintaining local SharePoint team sites as procedures/documentation change.
- Creating user guides and instructional documents for end-users.
- In charge of onboarding/offboarding users.
- Assigned group, file level permissions in Active Directory.
- Training local support team members, Relationship Managers, and Data Analysts on incident origination processes and modifications implemented within the ticketing system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Exchange Online administration.
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities.
- Experience with scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
- Ability to develop scripts for automating processes within the environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
