This unit plays a vital role in supporting vulnerable populations, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to live safely and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will oversee the operations of the Quality Assurance Team, focusing on maintaining high standards of service delivery. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the Adult Protective Services processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing priorities for quality assessments, identifying trends, and preparing comprehensive reports for leadership review.
  • Conducting quality assurance evaluations to ensure uniformity across team reviews.
  • Leading cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and client outcomes.
  • Providing training on identified issues and processes to team members and other staff.
  • Engaging in Gemba walks to observe and analyze operational processes, presenting findings to the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations, quality improvement methodologies, and effective management practices.
  • Strong skills in public speaking, interpersonal communication, and data analysis.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and manage complex service programs.
  • Proficiency in motivating staff and exercising effective leadership.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of quality assurance experience, or three years of relevant experience without a degree. Supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must successfully pass background checks and meet specific pre-employment criteria, including valid fingerprint clearance. In-state travel may be necessary, and a valid driver's license is required for those operating vehicles for state business.
