Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of operational strategies, ensuring the effective execution and assessment of various interrelated programs and projects. This role entails:

  • Leading the operational, fiscal, administrative, and human resources aspects of the program.
  • Identifying and securing external funding sources while serving as the primary liaison for operational matters.

  • Submit Requests for Change in accordance with established Change Management Policies.
  • Ensure service availability targets are met, aiming for a 99% uptime.
  • Manage the central hub for administrative, operational, and customer service support.
  • Provide technical support and documentation for system operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and advancements.
  • Monitor and track incidents, ensuring compliance with applicable SLAs.
  • Analyze historical data to prevent potential incidents and provide monthly trend analysis.

This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of IT services, ensuring that operational goals align with organizational objectives.
