About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Task Manager to support our Intelligence Community (IC) program in McLean, VA. As a Sr. Task Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting Government staff in various executive-led organizations, including the Assistant Directors of National Intelligence (ADNI), National Intelligence Managers (NIM), National Intelligence Council, and the Mission Performance, Analysis and Collection (MPAC) office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process tasking via multiple vehicles and systems, including N-CERTS system, Office of Legislative Affairs Congressional Action Tracking System (CATS), and internal/external emails
  • Coordinate actions with proper element, across the Intelligence Community and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
  • Prepare training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance, up front
