Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient imaging
  • Monitor and adjust technical factors to optimize image quality
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures
  • Perform quality control checks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school or program of Radiologic Technology
  • 1-2 years of MRI scanning experience
  • Registered ARRT (R)(MRI) or Registered ARMRIT certification
  • CPR certification
Working Conditions

The MRI Technologist will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to magnetic fields and other medical equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
